Joy Is No Longer About Circumstances

A begrudging drive to her daughter's technical school landed her on an unfamiliar radio station, and years later joy, peace, and hope no longer rise and fall with her circumstances.

Years ago, I begrudgingly had to take my daughter to Technical School because she would not get her license. I was going through the radio stations and came upon Wisdom. Something made me stop and listen. Each day I listened on my way home.
I was brought up in church and I have always known that Jesus was God's Son, He was born of a virgin, and He died for the sins of all mankind. One day Stephen Davey brought to light the verse, demons believe and tremble. I have grown much by listening to Wisdom. I love his humor and his humility.
I have used many of his stories in my own children's church series. God lead me to listen years ago and my life has changed. Joy is no longer about circumstances. Peace is no longer about circumstances.
Hope is no longer about circumstances. Love is no longer about me. I try to be faithful each year in supporting Wisdom's ministry because truth is hard to find. Thank you, Mr.
